The DeSales
Food Services will provide all meals in the modern University Center dining hall
during UUMAC 2008. UUMAC has significant numbers of vegetarians and
vegans, so we work with DeSales in the weeks leading up to UUMAC 2008 to develop
a varied and satisfying menu for all members.
The community was generally quite pleased with the quality and variety of food
prepared by DeSales at UUMAC 2007. Gail
Compton is the returning Food Coordinator for UUMAC 2008.
