Registration for UUMAC 2008 is now open.  Please click here to download the registration form, then fill it out and submit it by mail, following the instructions on the form. 

You'll need the brochure to complete your registration; click here to download a copy.  Please note that "Spirit in Life: Meditation and Spiritual Practices" with Rev. Karen Lewis Foley has been cancelled.

Any minor not accompanied by own parent or legal guardian will need a signed, notarized Power of Attorney form designating an adult attendee to act as legal guardian during UUMAC 2008.  Click here to download a Power of Attorney form.
