Yoga Nidra, called "dynamic sleep" is a deep meditation and relaxation practice that allows you to let go of daily stresses, ease discomfort and renew the body and mind. It has been scientifically proven to reduce stress, release tension and heal the body, so much so that it is used to treat trauma.

First, Rosemarie will introduce the practice, explain how it works, get everyone warmed up (15min). Then start the meditation which will be 30-40minutes.
